ABRA extends relationship with AudaExplore to improve claims efficiency

AudaExplore signed an agreement to extend its estimating, central review and consolidator dispatch services to all ABRA Auto Body & Glass locations in the US.
AudaExplore, the US business unit of Solera Holdings, Inc. and a leading data-driven solution provider to insurance carriers, repairers, dealerships, fleet owners and suppliers, has signed an agreement to extend its Estimating, Central Review, and Consolidator Dispatch services to all ABRA Auto Body & Glass locations in the United States.

AudaExplore has been a preferred business partner of ABRA since 2010. After experiencing efficiency gains through AudaExplore’s solutions, ABRA has decided to extend its strategic relationship for two more years. In addition to an extended agreement, ABRA has also added Consolidator Dispatch to its portfolio of AudaExplore services, allowing more self-management for its operations and franchise owners. With Consolidator Dispatch, ABRA will be able to re-route insurance work assignments to the most appropriate ABRA location, taking into account the work load and proximity of each shop.

·         Expand convenience and availability to vehicle owners with 20 hours per day service
