Frank Terlep, with e-Marketing Sherpas, will cover the technology independent and dealer shop owners need to focus on to be successful in their marketing efforts. Brian Sinnett and Brian Schwandt with CCC will present Auto Physical Damage Claims Technology and Solutions.
