Photo-based estimating, claims app clears service way for insurer

Snapsheet, the auto-insurance industry’s largest provider of virtual claims solutions, comments on Allstate Insurance Company’s commitment to improved customer service through the use of technology with plans to close drive-in estimating facilities in favor of their proprietary mobile claims settlement.
