Erie Insurance donated $10,000 to CREF to support high school and college collision school programs, instructors, and students across the country.
Erie Insurance has donated $10,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation to assist the charitable organization’s efforts to support high school and college collision school programs, instructors, and students across the country. To answer the industry’s need of skilled entry-level technicians, only through industry donations can the Education Foundation provide additional support to these school programs.

Erie Insurance Vice President, Material Damage Claims, Jim Brown noted, “We are pleased to be able to assist the Education Foundation in their valuable work supporting America’s youth that may wish to take up a career in vehicle repair. This helps the repair and insurance industries and our mutual customers.”

Collision Repair Education Foundation Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode noted, “I would like to thank Erie Insurance’s continued support of the Collision Repair Education Foundation as its only through the industry’s support can we take an active role in helping to ensure high school and college collision school programs graduate well-trained and capable collision students who are ready for entry-level employment. Erie Insurance’s support over the last 20 years has allowed us to work towards that goal.”
