Tim Turvey confirmed for IBIS USA agenda

IBIS is proud to announce that Tim Turvey, Global Vice President, General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales will be speaking at the inaugural IBIS USA event, taking place Feb. 13-15, 2019 in San Diego.

Turvey is responsible for Global oversight for General Motor’s Customer Care and Aftersales, including driving customer retention throughout the ownership lifecycle by ensuring global service engineering readiness for launch vehicles; service parts planning and procurement, warehousing and logistics, parts distribution network and service, and sales and marketing support.

IBIS is delighted to have Turvey as part of the IBIS USA agenda. On his participation, Turvey commented, "General Motors is honored to be a part of 2019 IBIS USA Conference. As vehicle technology and customer expectations are increasing at a rapid pace, it is critical that industry leaders collaborate on using proper OEM repair procedures to ensure vehicles go back on the road safely.
