In addition to these keynote speakers, the 2014 Educational Conference will also feature additional programming covering everything from sustainability, a trending issue in the collision industry, to honing your negotiation and interpersonal skills. In this, the inaugural year of WIN’s presentation of the Most Influential Women awards, the gala dinner will focus on recognizing women who have been nominated by their peers as outstanding business and civic leaders. 2014 will also usher in a new era of scholarships for WIN. For the first time, WIN will award tuition scholarships to applicants from both secondary and post-secondary schools as the winners pursue their education in technical colleges across the country. Some of those winners will be in attendance at the conference.
