The SCRS Education Committee will present information pertaining to the advancements in automotive repair, and how repair methodology is driven by changes in both vehicle design and governmental regulations. The session will touch on a wide range of items, including important topics such as aluminum welding and brazing, electronic stability control, airbags, metallurgy and electronic measuring. The presentation will also shed light on the type of repair work produced by repair facilities that have not kept pace with the advancement in technology, and the frightening reality of the jeopardy a consumer can be placed in if proper repair procedures are not recognized by all parties.
