Keynote Speaker Jason Vines gave a compelling presentation on, "If You Think You're Immune to a Crisis, You're Nuts". Jason is a well-known author and speaker. He is the former VP of Communications for Nissan North America, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler.
Also speaking to the group was David Roberts of Focus Automotive Services Group. David spoke to the RDA members on Consolidation: “COPE, SURVIVE & THRIVE”. He co-founded Caliber Collision, the world’s first consolidator and now one of the “BIG Four” consolidators in the US.
Executive Director Robert McKenzie Jr. said, “The objective of our meeting was to provide valuable information with the emphasis being placed on future changes in the PBE distribution model and how distributors can best be prepared for such changes.”
