Seidner's Collision wins TenPoint Complete award

The Completely Elite Award honors outstanding repairers who are using TenPoint's CSi Complete Customer Satisfaction Survey solution.  
Seidner's Collision Centers was recognized for Outstanding Customer Service at the Collision Industry Awards ceremony held recently in Las Vegas at SEMA. TenPoint Complete, a provider of CSI services in the insurance and repair markets, announced the 2013 winner to a packed house at the Collision Industry Conference forum.
The Completely Elite Award is a national award for Auto Repairers utilizing TenPoint's CSi Complete Customer Satisfaction Survey solution. Among the 10 finalists from this year's nominees, the judges said, Seidner's Collision Centers established itself as the leader in Customer Service & Experience, Employee Training & Certification, Industry Leadership & Participation and Community Service.
