With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, Craig has extensive knowledge developing procedures for effective repair of damaged vehicles. Prior to joining LORD, he was the collision repair manager for the Chrysler Group, where he was responsible for collision damageability and repairability concerns on all Chrysler Group products, including repair standards such as the global usage of weld-bonding for all welded panel replacements. In his role with LORD, he will be providing technical expertise to support the Fusor Aftermarket Repair business.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and sociology from the University of Michigan, and he is member of the Society of Automotive Engineers Collision Repair Committee and Service Development Technical Steering Committee.
