LKQ mourns death of board member

LKQ Corporation announced that Kevin F. Flynn, a member of the LKQ Board of Directors, passed away on Aug. 12, 2013. Flynn was instrumental in the initial formation of LKQ, facilitated a number of acquisitions and financings, and served on the Board for more than nine years. "We are shocked and deeply saddened by the sudden death of our colleague," said Robert L. Wagman, President and Chief Executive Officer of LKQ. "Kevin was a valued member of the Board of Directors and he will be sorely missed."
