The entire NASTF Fall 2013 General Meeting will be webcast live, Wednesday, November 6, from Las Vegas on the NASTF website at www.nastf.org. The broadcast, provided by Motor Age Magazine, will begin at 1pm Pacific time (4pm ET) and will conclude at 4:30pm Pacific (7:30pm ET). No registration will be required and the webcast will be free when accessed from www.nastf.org. Topics already scheduled for the NASTF Fall 2013 General Meeting include counterfeit tools, collision tech info needs, OEM tools, vehicle security and education. A final agenda of the three and one-half hour General Meeting will be posted by October 15, 2013 on the NASTF website, allowing attendees and viewers to schedule their viewing time according to their specific interests. Viewers of the General Meeting webcast will also have the ability to pose questions or make comments throughout the course of the webcast. A special email option available from the www.nastf.org home page will be monitored live by a NASTF volunteer so that questions from viewers can be directed to presenters if time permits. “We wish every NASTF supporter could sit among the live audience for each of our semi-annual General Meetings,” said Skip Potter, Executive Director of NASTF. “But we know the limits of time and money prevent many from making the trip. The opportunity to webcast this important meeting allows NASTF to bring even more technicians and OEMs closer together.” NASTF was established in 2000 to identify, communicate and resolve gaps in the availability and accessibility of automotive service information, service training, diagnostic tools, and equipment for the benefit of automotive service professionals and their customers.  NASTF was incorporated in 2006 as a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization.
