Urena received his MBA in Information Systems and Computer Science from Shenandoah University and his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Radford University.
He has achieved the Six Sigma Tools & Techniques Green Belt from the Juran Institute and is a member of the IFAI, the Marine Fabricators Association and the Society of Plastic Engineers. Urena is multi-lingual with proficiency in four languages.
