Innovation Group adds MAACO to its auto managed repair network

The Innovation Group plc, will add MAACO's 70 Platinum certified direct repair centers to the Innovation Auto Managed Repair Network.
The Innovation Group plc, a global provider of business process services and software solutions, will add MAACO's 70 Platinum certified direct repair centers to the Innovation Auto Managed Repair Network (iMRN) for their insurance and fleet business process services.

This strategic partnership offers Innovation Group insurance and fleet customers additional certified quality repair facilities across the U.S. to help with claims volumes and ensure quality, service and repair timeframes. By increasing Innovation Group's direct repair network penetration, this partnership further strengthens service options available to North American customers. MAACO provides auto paint and auto body repair services for over 12,000 vehicles a week or 600,000 vehicles a year, more than any other direct repair company in North America. The strong brand awareness and popularity of MAACO in North America is due in part to the company's focus on the customer, quality, and cycle time, values also important to Innovation Group.
