The Boyd Group acquired a collision repair center in Burlington, Wash. It now owns and operates 13 locations in Washington, which brings the total number of U.S. locations to 142.

The new repair center, previously known as Burlington Collision, will operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. It is approximately 8,500 square feet in size, with 7,500 square feet of production space.

"As part of our strategy to grow our operations across North America, the addition of the new center in Burlington helps strengthen our presence in Washington," said Tim O'Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group's U.S. operations. "This location will help us better serve vehicle owners and insurance partners in the Skagit County area."
