DuPont to offer custom training at NACE, SEMA

The following events are scheduled for NACE Oct. 10-13:

  • Improving Closing Ratio for Customer Pay Work
    Oct. 10, from 8:30 to 11:30am.

    This course will aid attendees in closing the more difficult to sell price-driven customer pay repairs and will be facilitated by Steve Trapp from DuPont Performance Coatings and Robert Rick from RR & CustomSolutions, whose expertise is in marketing and sales strategies.
     
  • Strategies for Implementing Best Practices / SOP’s
    Oct. 13, from 8:30 to 10:00 am.

    This course will give attendees tips on developing and then sustaining the use of best practices for administrative and production processes. This session will be facilitated by Trapp and Mike Anderson from CollisionAdvice who has successfully deployed SOP’s in numerous repair centers globally.

The following events are scheduled for SEMA on Oct. 31:

  • Marketing to Consumers
    Oct. 31, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.

    This course will give tips on how to target the end consumer with marketing strategies to generate more qualified drive-in traffic and repair volume. This session will be facilitated by Trapp and Robert Rick.
  • Enabling Flow
    Oct. 31, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.

    This course will explore how to enable and level out work flow by implementing optimal flow within a department and then interconnecting the departments. This session will be facilitated by Trapp and John Sweigart, a multi-shop owner of True Collision Center’s (formerly The Body Shop@) who consults on implementing lean concepts in the collision repair and other industries.
