Audatex renews contract with SafeAuto

Audatex North America Inc., has announced a new multi-year contract extension with SafeAuto Insurance.

The agreement calls for Audatex to continue to provide a full suite of automotive claims processing software for the property and casualty insurance provider in the United States.

As an Audatex customer for nearly nine years, SafeAuto leverages Audatex solutions to manage its comprehensive claims workflow, including dispatch; alternative parts procurement, tracking and management; and total loss valuation. In addition, the insurance carrier plans to test the AudaNet Platform, which made its North American debut at the NACE Show in New Orleans.
